Hello, I am Henry
I work as a project manager. A parent. An expat based in Brighton, United Kingdom.
A few years ago I moved here with my family. What began as a short-term assignment gradually became a new chapter of life overseas.
How It Started
Moving to United Kingdom wasn't in the plans for the long haul. Like many expat moves, it started as a job opportunity and soon grew into something far more significant.
The initial months were demanding — unfamiliar processes, routines, and expectations. Daily chores seemed more complicated than anticipated.
The Adjustment Period
There was culture shock, doubt, and much learning through hands-on experience. Yet gradually, routines fell into place. We found places that suited us, connected with other families, and began building something that felt secure.
Why I Built Haven Orbit Copper
Most online guidance was either corporate relocation advice or shallow tourism content. What was missing was a candid, everyday family viewpoint.
